The district of Haaberst is mainly known for the circular layout of Väike-Õismäe. It is a multifaceted area with very different urban and natural landscapes. In the last decade, the popularity of Haaberst as a place to live has increased significantly, and many new apartment buildings and private houses have been built in the district.
They are complemented by health trails, light traffic roads, green areas, and beaches. Tallinn Zoo and the Estonian Open-Air Museum are great opportunities for spending free time in the fresh air. The area is popular among young families because of the excellent transport connections and the abundance of light traffic roads to neighboring districts.
Haabersti's rental properties are mainly in Soviet-era panel buildings or new apartment buildings built in the last decade. The price level is, on average, around 450-800 euros, and it is not surprising that it is a little higher than other apartment building areas, as people have started to discover the district's charms only recently.
