The courtyard house is also a log building with a bitumen shingle roof. It has two bedrooms, a WC-shower room, and a 12 m² terrace.

The garden house is intended for summer use, built on a wooden frame and clad with wooden boards.

The yard features a small flower bed, a firepit, and a badminton court.

The Ruhnu complex was built in two stages: the main house and garden house were completed in 2014, and the courtyard house in 2018. The property has central water and sewerage. Main fuse: 3x16A.

Since completion, the complex has been used both as a summer home and as accommodation. It can host up to 10 people.

Accommodation is active during the summer season and depends on the ferry navigation schedule.

In winter, Ruhnu Island can be reached by plane from Kuressaare and Pärnu. In summer, it is accessible by the catamaran Runö from Pärnu, Munalaid Harbour, and Roomassaare Harbour in Saaremaa.
