Something Different – Rotermanni Quarter
Step inside this light-filled three-room apartment in the Black House, and the feeling is immediate: “This is a place you want to stay.” The apartment is located in Tallinn’s highly regarded Rotermanni Quarter, where city life and tranquility exist in a rare, balanced harmony. On the sixth floor, there are only three apartments in total, with just one apartment on the top floor. At home, you will enjoy a private and cozy aura that lets you experience the city’s energy without it disturbing your peace.
Large windows fill the apartment with daylight, sunshine, and offer dynamic city views – the rhythm of Ahtri Street, the direction of Kalamaja and Pirita, buildings and people moving beneath your windows. Every window tells its own story, and you feel that this is exactly your home. Evening city lights add yet another layer of unique energy – altogether, it’s a one-of-a-kind experience.

Location and Lifestyle – History and Exclusivity
Rotermanni Quarter was founded in 1829 by businessman Christian Abraham Rotermann, who established his eponymous warehouse complex. History and architecture give the area a unique identity.
Just minutes away, both Tallinn Old Town and Old City Marina have historically and increasingly attracted international attention. World-class luxury yachts, such as Yas, Kismet, and others, occasionally anchor in Tallinn’s passenger port, although they do not fit in the Admiralty Basin. In 2021, an exception was the 64-meter luxury yacht Sokar (formerly Jonikal), which wintered in the Admiralty Basin, providing a rare and impressive sight for Tallinn’s maritime enthusiasts. The yacht is especially known because Princess Diana spent her final summer on board in 1997.
Future Old City Marina – Estonia’s largest and most attractive tourism gateway and part of modern urban space.
In 2017, the Master Plan for the Old City Marina area was completed – a long-term, comprehensive development plan for the property. Its goal is to create a diverse, innovative, and welcoming urban environment, offering a true city living experience and safe, high-quality public space. The Old City Marina will become the heart of the city, a place locals love to visit. For visitors arriving by sea, it is Estonia’s gateway; by land, it is a gateway to the world. The development is being implemented following the 2030+ Master Plan by the world-renowned architectural firm Zaha Hadid Architects. This development increases the area’s added value and exclusivity.
Pirita Beach and Pirita Marina are easily accessible, offering a beautiful seaside promenade and opportunities for active leisure.
