The loan provider is Luminor Bank AS, whose headquarters are located at Liivalaia 45, 10145 Tallinn. Activity licence no. 4.1-1/54. Please review the contract terms and conditions online at https://luminor.ee/retail/mortgage-loan and, if needed, consult a specialist. For example, the percentage rate of charge on mortgages is 2.37% per annum on the following sample conditions: loan amount: 42,500 euros, paid out upon entry into the contract; * interest rate: 2.20% per annum on the balance of the loan (the interest rate comprising six months’ Euribor and the customer’s margin. As at 5 February 2021, the six-month Euribor was -0.599%. The negative value of Euribor is taken into account in the calculation of interest as being equal to zero. The Euribor set out in the contract may change every six months, but the margin is fixed for the term of the contract); * repayment period: 30 years, with 360 monthly payments (which in the first six months are 161.67 euros); * fee for entry into contract: 425 euros, paid upon entry into the contract; * monthly fee for current account: 0.65 euros. The total amount to be paid by the customer is 53,153 euros. To secure the loan, a mortgage must be established on property and the property must be insured. The cost of establishing and ensuring the security is not taken into account in the percentage rate of change.
