YIT started the construction of residential projects in Rostov-on-Don and Yekaterinburg, Russia. The value of the projects started is nearly EUR 30 million and they will comprise a total of over 500 apartments. The projects will be completed by the end of 2017.
A project called Aquamarin, started in Rostov-on-Don, is located in the city’s historical centre along the Don river. In addition to the central location, the area has excellent public amenities, green areas and playgrounds for children. The project will comprise two buildings with over 220 apartments with total living area of around 10,600 square metres, a parking facility and commercial spaces. Special attention has been paid to functional and efficient layouts, and apartment sizes vary from studios to small three-room apartments.
The second phase of the Manevrovaya residential area that will be constructed in Sortirovka area in Yekaterinburg will consist of 280 apartments, with total living area of approximately 12,000 square metres.
Manevrovaya residential area will be built in four phases in a neighbourhood with good transport connections and developed infrastructure.
Tram-, taxi- and bus stops are located within a walking distance. There are plenty of shops, versatile services, schools and a kindergarten in the area.
