The house of Kiikri 3 belongs to the third stage of Tivoli residential area developed by Metro Capital. The first two stages focused on launching the construction work of Tuukri 23 and Pikksilma 2/1 and Pikksilma 2/2. These houses will be completed already by spring and autumn 2016. Kiikri 3 is a modern five-storey apartment building with excellent architecture. All apartment plans have been carefully thought out in order to ensure that it would be convenient and comfortable to live there for the future residents. Comfort is also facilitated by the smart home solution, which will be installed in all apartments and which enables to monitor utility costs of one’s apartment at any given moment. This solution also allows to adjust lighting, ventilation, and temperature in the apartment. It is also possible to order additional options to accompany the smart home solution, making your home truly innovative. The roof of Kiikri 3 will be equipped with a solar power station or, in other words, solar panels from which electricity is produced and directed to the general consumption of electricity. This enables all residents of Kiikri 3 to save money and contributes to the promotion of green thinking. All apartments of Kiikri 3 will have terraces and balconies to ensure that the residents of the house would fully enjoy living in Kadriorg. On one side of the house, there is Pikksilma 2/2 and on the other side, Kadriorg Park together with its beautiful nature and sporting options. Tivoli residence area has been designed by experienced and widely recognised architect Hanno Grosschmidt. The new housing project consists of five houses and first of them will be completed by the first half of 2016. Kiikri 3 is the fourth of them. The houses will have five storeys and they will be accompanied by a convenient underground parking lot. The architecture of Tivoli meets even the most demanding taste, is practical, and suits well with the stylistics of Kadriorg. Thoughtful project and expert construction consider each apartment’s location, view from the window, and the movement of the sun. All apartments have water underfloor heating based on remote central heating, individual heat consumption meters, and effective forced ventilation unit with heat recovery. Harmonic living environment Tivoli homes that blend into the beautiful environment are located away from traffic noise and beside a big and comfortable park. Metro Capital also carried out noise level measurements in the Tivoli residence area and these resulted in the fact that this is a very relaxed and quiet region. There is no traffic between the Tivoli houses, only green areas and playgrounds. Since in summer 2015, shipwrecks from the 14th and 16th century were discovered from the construction site of Tivoli, the developer is planning to establish a ship-shaped playground in the centre of the Tivoli residence area in order to honour this rare find. Only within a walking distance from the house of Kiikri 3 there are seaside promenade, kindergartens, schools, Kadrioru Tennis Centre, and cafés and restaurants offering wonderful experiences. Tivoli is perfect for an individual or a family who would like to live in a tranquil and cosy area, but also enjoy the opportunities offered by Tallinn city centre.
