Nordecon held a rafter party in Stockholm

Nordecon’s subsidiary SWENCN AB is soon finishing its first construction project at a Stockholm suburb – the Styrmannen 36 apartment building.

The contracting entity is Bostadsrättsföreningen Styrmannen 49, part of the Swedish real estate group Innovation Properties AB.

“Nordecon Group’s longer perspective foresees a more intense increase in the proportion of foreign markets in the company’s sales revenue over the coming years – we are mainly set to expand on the Swedish as well as the Ukrainian markets at the moment,” said Jaano Vink, Chairman of the Executive Board of Nordecon AS. We are most pleased about the team we have assembled by today, as they are justifying our expansion decision from a few years back in every aspect. Our first construction contract in Sweden with Bostadsrättsföreningen Styrmannen 49 has progressed to a point of holding the first rafter party. The project is a well-designed high-quality residential building with 49 apartments and one business space, all of which have found owners by now.”

According to Jaano Vink, construction works are on schedule and the apartment building located in Stockholm’s Huddinge community will be handed over to the owner by the end of March 2017.

SweNCN OÜ is a company that was established early this year with 60% of the company belonging to Nordecon and 40% to Luksusjaht AS, a company owned by Sven Lennart Alpstal. SweNCN provides the construction service of residential and non-residential buildings mainly in the Central Swedish region via a Sweden-based subsidiary SweNCN AB.
